Is my photo uploaded?
No. Your photo is processed inside your browser and never sent to ConduitTools. AI mode downloads the model files it needs, but it does not upload your image.
Which removal method should I use?
Choose AI subject for people, portraits, and profile photos. Choose Plain background for products, documents, logos, or objects photographed against white or another even color.
Why does the first AI removal take longer?
The browser downloads and caches the background-removal model the first time AI mode is used. Later removals on the same browser are usually faster.
How do I improve a product cutout?
Use a photo with a plain background visible in all four corners. Increase the tolerance if background remains, or reduce it if pale parts of the product become transparent.
Which download should I choose?
Choose Transparent for a PNG that can be placed on any design. Choose White or Custom color for a smaller JPG that is ready for listings, profile photos, documents, or social posts.
