How to use this tool
Choose Merge PDFs or Extract pages, then add your files with Add PDFs or by dropping them in. Up to 20 files of 75 MB each can be added.
To merge, add at least two PDFs and arrange them in the order shown. To extract, add one PDF and enter the page numbers or ranges you want, such as 1-3, 6.
Check the total pages and file size, then press Merge and download or Extract and download. Clear all starts again, and nothing is uploaded.

Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. ConduitTools processes them locally in your browser and does not upload or store the documents.
How do I choose pages to extract?
Enter individual pages or ranges separated by commas, such as 1-3, 6, 9-12. Enter all to keep every page.
Can I change the merge order?
Yes. Use the up and down controls beside each PDF before creating the combined file.
Will links and selectable text stay in the PDF?
Most original PDF content is copied directly, including selectable text and many links. Some interactive forms or advanced document features may not behave exactly like the original.
Can it open password-protected PDFs?
No. Remove the password using software you trust before adding the file here.
