What it handles
The time difference, and when to call.
Search a country, a city, an abbreviation such as EST or an offset such as UTC+8. The difference is worked out for the exact date you choose, so daylight saving is counted, and you are told when it is about to change.
Change the time in either box and the other follows. It uses the clock rules for that date, so the answer is right for next month and next year as well as today.
The working hours bar shows when both places are at work, for example 9 AM to 4 PM in Manila is 10 AM to 5 PM in Tokyo. Set your own hours if yours differ.

What is the time difference between Tokyo and the Philippines?
Japan (UTC+9) is 1 hour ahead of the Philippines (UTC+8). Neither country uses daylight saving, so the difference is the same all year. Pick both places above to check any other pair.
How do I convert a time from one time zone to another?
